real estate bummer

Went and looked at a Loft in Clinton today. Waited around in the model apartment for the agent to get back from showing an apartment to a couple, about 30 minutes. Looked around, really liked it, was MUCH better done then the ones in Worcester I looked at. Also they have some Lofts that have a patio area that would have been just perfect for the dogs etc.

Unfortunately the builder has the building as 'cats only' and after the condo association is formed that would decide whether or not pets would be allowed. :( Sucks! I really did like it but no dogs...no buy. I guess I'm going to have to keep looking.
